Terms of Service

By accessing or using tshop.ge you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of Georgia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. If you are using tshop.ge on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

To shop, place orders, and access most features of tshop.ge you must register for an account as either an individual (PERSON) or an organization (ORGANIZATION). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your password confidential, and to remain responsible for all activity under your account. We hash passwords with bcrypt and never store them in plaintext, but the security of your password is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@tshop.ge if you suspect any unauthorized use.

All orders placed through tshop.ge are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud or abuse.

Pricing tiers. tshop.ge operates role-based pricing. Each customer is assigned a role — CORPORATE, DILER, or VIP — and the prices you see when signed in reflect the discount tier associated with your role. The same product may therefore appear at different prices to different customers. Role assignment is at tshop.ge's sole discretion; in particular, the VIP tier is granted only by tshop.ge administrators and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Prices are listed in the local currency and may change without notice. We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available. Payment is required at the time of purchase for card and bank-transfer methods. We do not store full card numbers — card data is handled by our payment processors.

Delivery times shown at checkout are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply at the destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and documentation. Certain items (for example perishable, hygiene-sealed, or custom-configured products) are non-returnable and will be marked as such on the product page. tshop.ge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, tshop.ge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on tshop.ge — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, audio, video, and software — is owned by tshop.ge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
